Organ Donation Card

Prospective donors successfully registered with the CODR need not carrying the organ donation card with them and will not receive any card from the Register. Authorised personnel responsible for organ donation is able to access the data through the CODR to know about their wish of donating organs to those with imminent need upon the donors' death.

The organ donation card is designed for those potential donors who prefer not to register in the Centralised Organ Donation Register. They should tell their family about their wishes and carry the completed Organ Donation Card at all times. (This card is attached in the organ donation promotional leaflet.)
